When changing the Application Mappings in the Master properties of the server ALL virtual websites hosted on the server will be affected. This can over-write any custom mappings set on a per site basis for the file extensions used. If any are set an dialog box will appear asking for confirmation of the child nodes to be changed.

From this first dialog ensure that "WWW Service" is selected in the drop-down selector the click the "Edit.." button

The Master Properties Dialog will open. On this select the Home Directory tab.

From this dialog box Click the "Configuration..." button
