Go to -> C and S Design -> Articles -> IIS -> Redirect -> File Redirect

Individual File Redirect

For redirecting a single file, Highlight the file in the MMC and open the properties dialog box.

Click on the "A redirection to a URL"

Type in the new URL to be used for the document location into the "Redrect to" box.

To make sure the redirection is set and is permanent both the "The exact URL entered above" and "A permanent redirection for this resource" checkboxes are checked (ticked).
If this is a temporary situation, where you simply want to redirect user agents for a short period leave the "permanent" box unchecked.
